I built CartAutomate because I saw the gap firsthand — small and mid-size Indian D2C brands were losing lakhs every month to abandoned carts and poor post-order communication, while the tools to fix it were either built for Western markets or priced for enterprise budgets.
WhatsApp is where Indian buyers live. A message from a brand on WhatsApp gets opened 98% of the time. Email gets ignored. I wanted to build a tool that any merchant — whether they're doing 50 orders a month or 5,000 — could pick up, connect to their store in under 5 minutes, and start recovering revenue the same day.
Every line of code in CartAutomate was written with that merchant in mind. No bloat, no enterprise complexity, no surprise bills. Just a tool that works.

Frustrated watching WhatsApp drive 3× more conversions than email for small D2C brands, yet no affordable tool existed to automate it properly for Indian merchants.
First version shipped
Launched abandoned cart recovery via WhatsApp for Shopify. Early merchants connected their stores and started recovering carts the same day.
WooCommerce + AI Bot
Expanded to WooCommerce, added the AI chatbot powered by a merchant's own product knowledge base, and introduced wallet-based per-message pricing.
